The Animal Eye Clinic is equipped to provide a full range of veterinary ophthalmic diagnostics, therapeutics and surgical services including cataract extraction by phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) replacement, reconstruction surgery, cornea repair, glaucoma procedures, gonioscopy, cryosurgery, laser surgery and intraocular prosthesis.
Our Board Certified Ophthalmologists offer their consultation and surgical services in diseases of the eye affecting small animals, large animals, zoological and wildlife species. We are also available to examine purebred dogs for inherited ocular diseases (CERF's) including slit lamp biomicroscopy, direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy and special techniques as required.
Please visit the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO) at www.acvo.org for more information and requirements for Board Certified Ophthalmologists
Meet Skeeter. His new brother, Harley, is pictured to the right. Skeeter also "adopted" our Technician, Tiffany, after being abandoned in the Iowa cold. He now lives happy and warm with Harley & Tiffany.
